No tracking. No daily check-ins.

When your parent
doesn't answer,
you worry

Know your parents are okay without constant calls

No spam. No commitment. Leave anytime.
Happy family illustration

The reality families face

Behind every moment of silence is someone who just wants to know they're okay.

Long silences

A message left unread.
A call unanswered.
The mind fills the gaps.

"Are they okay?"
moments

Not emergencies.
Just quiet uncertainty.
Worry returns again.

Family connection

The wrong kind of solutions

Calls feel intrusive.
Tracking feels wrong.
Most tools divide you.

Distance makes
it harder

Different cities.
Different countries.
You cannot be there.

Why this matters

When something feels off and you can't reach them, worry fills the silence.
CircleOK gives families calm — without calls, tracking, or pressure on your loved one.

Most families end up choosing between two bad options.

Constant checking

Daily calls. Repeated messages.
Stress — for you and for them.

Full tracking

Always-on location. Battery drain. A feeling of being watched.

Neither option feels right

How CircleOK works

  1. 01

    Create a small family circle

Add your parent and close relatives.

  2. 02

CircleOK looks for simple daily signals

It notices things like movement and normal phone activity. No buttons to press. Nothing to remember.

  3. 03

    Everything stays calm by default

    No constant push notifications.
Open the app anytime if you want to check in.

  4. 04

If something feels unusual, we start gently

First, a quiet check inside the app.

  5. 05

    Only if silence continues

After longer inactivity, CircleOK can alert family, call, or share location.
    Only when it really matters.

Feels comfortable
for parents too
"Even for parents who hate tech."

We hear the same worries from parents. Here's what CircleOK actually does about each one.

"You'll be tracking my every move."

No location, no tracking. The only signal is: steps happened today, or they didn't. Nothing else is visible to anyone.

"My data will be sold."

CircleOK does not sell, share, or monetise any personal data. Ever. Data is stored securely and handled in compliance with GDPR.

"My children will judge me for being inactive."

Family members see only a calm status. A simple OK or not OK. They don't see step counts, patterns, or comparisons. No numbers, no judgement.

"It'll go off at inconvenient moments."

CircleOK does not send notifications to the parent. Only to family members. And only after 24 hours without any activity. Night hours are excluded.

"I don't want to be a burden with all this tech."

There is no tech for the parent to manage. Installation takes a few minutes with help. After that, nothing changes in daily life. The phone just stays in their pocket.

"What if there's a false alarm and everyone panics?"

Alerts only go out after 24 hours of no activity during waking hours. Night time is excluded. The bar is deliberately high. Anyone in the circle can also pause alerts if needed.

Families in our research said they like how calm it feels.

Why families love CircleOK?

Families feel calmer

Not based on missed calls or assumptions.

No location tracking. No constant monitoring. Dignity first.

Frequently asked

Everything you might wonder before trusting us with something important.

How it works How does CircleOK know everything is okay without any buttons?
CircleOK reads the step counter built into your parent's phone. If they're walking around during the day, the app sees activity and stays calm. No buttons, no check-ins, nothing to remember.
How it works When does CircleOK send an alert?
If no steps are detected for 24 hours during waking hours, family members receive a gentle push notification. Not an alarm, just a quiet nudge to check in. Night hours, 10 pm to 7 am, are excluded entirely.
How it works What if the phone runs out of battery?
A phone with no activity for 24 hours, including a dead phone, triggers the same gentle family alert. It's a signal that something may need checking.
Privacy Can you see where my parent is?
No. CircleOK does not use location in normal operation. Location is shared only in three situations: no activity for 36+ hours, a fall is detected, or a car accident is detected. Data is stored securely and handled in compliance with GDPR.
Family How many people can be in a circle?
Free plan: 2 caregivers around 1 parent, for example, two adult children watching over a parent. Paid plan, coming soon: unlimited circles and unlimited members for extended families.
Family What if my parent just decided to rest all day?
Any member of the family circle can pause monitoring with a tap. "Everything's fine, they're resting." No unnecessary alerts. Same for holidays or travelling.
Coming soon Will CircleOK remind my parent to take medication?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. In a future version, CircleOK will offer gentle medication reminders. This feature will be optional and can only be turned on by the parent themselves.
Coming soon What about parents with memory conditions?
We're building a dedicated care mode for families navigating memory loss. It will include continuous location sharing and additional safety signals, activated only with the parent's own consent. Join early access to be the first to try it.
Product iOS or Android?
Both. iOS will launch first, followed by Android within a few weeks. The step counter works on most smartphones made after 2015.
Product How is this different from Find My Friends?
Those apps track location continuously. CircleOK never knows where your parent is, it only knows one thing: are they moving today? No GPS, no battery drain, no feeling of being watched.
